Molf is the new brand of pine wood pellets for domestic and industrial fuel use, incorporated by DANK.SA. It complements the industrial forest waste management scheme with our energy cogeneration unit. It has a production capacity of 2,500 tons per month, which is equivalent to approximately 90 containers.

This way, we allocate 100% of our waste to the production of renewable energies. The pellets are an eco-friendly fuel, 100% made of pine with very low moisture content, sourced from sustainable and FSC ® certified forests.

In 2022, the Mølf pellets brand obtained ENplus ® A1 and FSC certifications. ENplus is a world-leading certification system for wood pellets, covering the entire supply chain from production to delivery. To meet the certification, a variety of technical specifications must be met, such as length, diameter, mechanical durability, fines percentage, bulk density, moisture, and ash content, among others. The certification has three different quality grades: A1, A2, and B..

FSC is a non-profit international organization dedicated to promoting responsible forest management worldwide. FSC sets environmental, social, and economic standards for sustainable forest management and certifies forest products that meet those standards. These products include wood, paper, pulp, furniture, among others. The objective of FSC is to promote responsible and sustainable forest practices that protect biodiversity, worker rights, and local communities, while ensuring the long-term economic viability of forests.
